Welcome to Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC. By accessing or using our website, services, programs and content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ( “Agreement”). 

  1. User Responsibility

    You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse, copy or distribute our content without permission. All content, materials, programs and branding are solely owned by Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit content without written permission.

  2. Privacy

    Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC does not share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of marketing, analytics, or personal gain.

  3. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates this agreement. 

  4. Governing Law

    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  5. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  6. Shortened Disclaimer of Liability

    Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC are not physicians or psychologists, and the scope of their consultation services does not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If Client suspects they may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then it is their responsibility to consult with a licensed physician immediately. Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs. 

    Any mention of drugs in the course of consultation is only for the purpose of providing a complete history of medications that Client is taking and not for Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC to judge the appropriateness of the medication. Any change in prescription or dosage is a decision Client makes directly with their physician.

    Rather than dealing with treatment of disease, Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC focuses on wellness and prevention of illness through the use of non-toxic, natural nutrition and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal health. Through health coaching, Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC, primarily educates and motivates clients to assume more personal responsibility for their health by adopting a healthy attitude, lifestyle, and diet.

    While people generally experience greater health and wellness as a result of embracing a healthier attitude, lifestyle, and diet, Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC does not promise or guarantee protection from future illness.

    By purchasing a service, Client acknowledges and understands that Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC are health coaches and not physicians, and that they should see a doctor if they think they have a medical condition. Feldspar Nutrition and Wellness LLC will not be held liable for failure to diagnose or treat an illness, nor will it be liable for failure to prevent future illness.
